【Announcement】MOE International Companions for Learning Program – Recruitment of Student Volunteers for Fall 2026

The Ministry of Education (MOE) is currently recruiting student volunteers for the International Companions for Learning Program for the Fall Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027. International students are warmly welcome to participate and gain valuable intercultural communication and exchange experiences through the program.

*International Companions for Learning (ICL) is a national cultural exchange program funded by the Ministry of Education. It offers international students and local students a unique opportunity to connect with kids from (mostly countryside) schools of all 22 cities in Taiwan, including the offshore islands! The format of the program contains weekly online video sessions and fully-sponsored trips. You may join the program by volunteering or by taking one of the courses.

  1. Eligibility:
      International students enrolled at colleges and universities.

  2. Application Deadline:
     12:00 noon, September 18, 2026 (Friday)

  3. Application Method:
      Online application. Please complete the application form through the International Companions for Learning Program student application system:  icl.tw/student
