Dear Partners,
We are pleased to invite our partners to the Global Higher Education Corridors Forum (GHECF 2026) – EURAS Strategic Roundtable, taking place at our university on 13–14 November 2026.
As a founding member of the Eurasian Universities Union (EURAS) and a member of its Board of Directors, Istanbul Aydın University is proud to host this gathering under the theme “From Regional Connections to Concrete Academic Partnerships.”
Organised by EURAS, the meeting will bring together university leaders and strategic partners to discuss institutional priorities and develop practical cooperation. For our partners, it offers an opportunity to strengthen existing ties with IAU, meet universities from different regions and explore joint research, academic exchanges, international projects and new institutional partnerships.
Participation and accommodation
We welcome rectors, vice-rectors, heads of relevant academic or administrative units, and representatives with relevant expertise formally designated by their Rector’s Office. The meeting will be conducted in English, and participation is free of charge.
As a special arrangement for IAU’s international partners, EURAS will cover two nights of accommodation for one representative from each of the first five partner institutions to complete their registration. This support will be allocated according to the order in which completed registrations are received, with accommodation arrangements confirmed individually.
Other participants may benefit from special discounted rates at Elite World Istanbul Florya under our event agreement. Please quote EURAS2026 when contacting the hotel to access the agreed rates, inclusive of taxes. We would also be happy to assist with reservations; simply share your accommodation dates and room preferences with us.

The EURAS Partnership Table will provide dedicated time for institutions with complementary interests to discuss specific proposals and agree on next steps. To help prepare these discussions, participants are invited to submit a brief institutional partnership profile outlining their priorities, available expertise and one concrete cooperation idea.
Registration deadline: 4 November 2026
Please complete the Registration Form by 4 November 2026. Early registration is encouraged, particularly for institutions wishing to benefit from the limited accommodation support.
We would be delighted to welcome you to our campus and use this occasion to take our partnerships further.
Warm regards,
