2026 International Environmental Issues and Education (IEIE) Workshop: The Perfect Blends: Brewing a Sustainable Future 

Aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this workshop aims to strengthen Taiwan’s leadership in environmental education. This year, we focus on the "Coffee Industry," exploring its water footprint and how Taiwan's public-private partnerships turn coffee grounds into high-value products, showcasing the transition to a regenerative circular economy. 
本培訓課程旨在呼應聯合國永續發展目標（SDGs），深化台灣在亞太地區環境教育的領導角色。今年將以「咖啡產業」為例，帶領學員從水足跡議題出發，探討台灣如何透過公私協力，將咖啡渣轉化為高值產品，實踐從資源耗損走向再生循環的淨零生活。

•  Workshop Dates: August 10 (Mon) – August 11 (Tue), 2026 (2 days, 1 night). 

活動日期：2026年8月10日（一）至8月11日（二），共2天1夜。

•  Venues: Hotel National (Taichung), Come True Coffee (Shenji New Village), Guocun Coffee Farm (Changhua), etc.

活動地點： 台中全國大飯店、成真咖啡台中審計店、彰化國村咖啡莊園等。

• Target Participants:

1.    International students from Asia-Pacific countries studying in Taiwan (Priority).
2.    Local Taiwanese students or young professionals interested in environmental education (English proficiency proof required).
報名對象：
1.    在我國求學之亞太地區國家學生為優先。
2.    對環境教育有興趣之本國大專院校學生或青年從業人員（需具備英文能力證明）。

•  Program Fees: Courses, meals, accommodation, and shuttle services are covered by the organizers. A NT$1,000 confirmation deposit is required upon acceptance and will be refunded after full participation.

活動費用： 課程、食宿及接駁由主辦單位支應。錄取後需繳納保證金新臺幣1,000元，全程參與後退還。
