Recipients：For students in NTUE daytime master’s degree/doctoral programs

Subject：Students in daytime master’s degree/doctoral programs who plan on graduating from NTUE in the second semester of academic year 2025-2026 must sign in to iNTUE, the School’s integrated academic affairs information system, to apply for preliminary graduation review.

Instructions：

1. 1. Application for preliminary graduation review for this semester (second semester, academic year 2025-2026) runs from April 13 to May 8.
   2. Students who plan on graduating from NTUE daytime master’s degree programs or doctoral programs of NTUE this semester (second semester, academic year 2025-2026) must apply for graduation review. For more information about the procedures, thoroughly read the schedule (Attachment 1) and the graduation system instructions (Attachment 2).

1. 3. If you are a student in a daytime master’s degree/doctoral program, you can view the credits that you’ve earned and your status for courses you’ve taken (excluding courses enrolled in this semester) by checking the “Study progress controls” function within the “Education Information” section. The function is for your reference only, and it is not the official review of your graduation credits. If you have any question regarding courses you’ve taken and numbers of credits, contact your department/graduate school’s teaching assistant.
   4. If you have any question regarding credits classifications or the structure of courses in the system, contact your department/graduate school’s teaching assistant.
   5. Please go to the Registration Group Form to download and print 「Procedures for Leaving for Graduate Students (for foreign students only)」
   6. If there is anything unresolved regarding your online application for graduation review, contact Ms. Liao at the Division of Registration and Curriculum (ext. 82028).
