主旨：有關本校114-2教師升等著作（含技術報告）申請論文比對作業，請查照。

Subject: Regarding procedures of applying the publications (including technical report) plagiarism detection for faculty promotion.

說明：

Explanation:

一、欲提出114學年度第二學期升等之教師，請於115年2月1日前辦理升等著作（含技術報告）申請論文比對作業，其比對流程說明如下：

Faculty members who would like to apply for faculty promotion in the coming semester may apply the publications (including technical report) plagiarism detection as follow procedures before February 1, 2026.

（一）教師應填具本校升等著作（含技術報告）比對系統申請表（附件一、二），向研發處綜企組提出申請，並將升等著作（含技術報告）電子檔email至wind22868012@mail.ntue.edu.tw進行比對，比對件數至多五件（教育學院至多六件），比對時間約3-5個工作天。

Applicants are required to fill the Publications (including technical report) Plagiarism Detection Application Form (Attachment 1, 2) and apply to the Comprehensive Planning Division, ORD. And mail the electronic files of the publication (including technical reports) to wind22868012@mail.ntue.edu.tw. A maximum of 5 papers can be submitted, and a maximum of 6 papers for College of Education, with the detection process taking within 3-5 working days.

（二）比對結果報告將以電子檔案加密方式（預設密碼為上述收件者之身分證字號）寄送至教師本人。

Results of the plagiarism detection will be sent via encrypted email (default password being the identification number of the applicant) to the applicants.

（三）教師應針對比對結果填具本校教師升等論文比對結果說明書（附件三）後，提交相關單位審查。

Applicants should fill in the description form of Publications Plagiarism Detection Results (Attachment 3) and submit to relevant departments (institute, center, office of degree program) for review.
