為分析與瞭解臺北市青年參與國際事務現況，促進本局推動青年有關政策，進而支持並鼓勵青年赴海外發展及吸引國際青年人才來台，故製作本問卷供18-45歲居住或於台北就業的青年填答。

The Department for Youth, Taipei City Government, launched this survey to better understand the current situation of young participation in international affairs in Taipei, as well as to facilitate the development of youth-focused policies.

The goal is to inspire local youth to pursue opportunities overseas and to bring foreign talent to Taipei.  For this reason,  people who are aged 18 to 45 who live or work in Taipei are encouraged to complete this questionnaire.
