主旨：有關本校日間學制學生113學年度第2學期選課事宜，請  查照。

Subject: Academic Year 2024 Semester 2 course selection for day students.

說明：

Explanation：

一、請務必詳讀本注意事項之規定，內容包含選課系統操作說明、選課重要時程、選課相關規定等。

Please be sure to read the regulations in this notice carefully. The content includes instructions on how to use the course selection system, important selection timelines, and related regulations.

二、為保障同學選課權益，請同學在第一階段選課開始前確認密碼是否可正確登入選課系統，若密碼有問題或已被停用，請於上班時間電洽計中(分機82905、82901)。

To protect students' course selection rights, please ensure that you can log into the course selection system with the correct password before the start of the first phase of course selection. If you encounter any issues with your password or if it has been disabled, please contact the Computer and Networking Center during business hours at extensions 82905 or 82901.

 三、為維護選課系統順利運作及選課公平性，若經發現使用外掛程式或以其他軟體癱瘓選課系統運作之虞，將立即停止其選課權限，且不得以對價關係進行課程交易，請同學務必自律。

To ensure the smooth operation of the course selection system and maintain fairness, if any student is found using plugins or other software to disrupt the operation of the course selection system, their registration privileges will be immediately suspended. Additionally, students are prohibited from engaging in course transactions involving any form of compensation. All students are advised to act with self-discipline.

四、選課作業時程表節錄如下，詳細選課時間請詳閱附件：

(一)公告課表：113年12月25日16:00前

(二)第一階段選課：12/31(二) 11:00～1/6(一) 11:00

(三)第二階段選課：

1.分年級選課：1/13(一) 11:00～1/17(五) 10:00

2.全校混選：1/17(五) 11:00~1/21(二) 10:00

(四)第三階段選課：2/17(一) 11:00～3/03(一) 12:30

The excerpt of the course selection schedule is as follows. For detailed course selection times, please refer to the attachment.

1. Announcement of the course schedule: Before 16:00 on December 25, 2024.

2. Phase 1 course selection: From 11:00 on December 31 to 11:00 on January 6

3. Phase 2 course selection:

(1) Course selection by grade level separately: From 11:00 on January 13 to 10:00 on January 17

(2) Course selection for all students: From 11:00 on January 17 to 10:00 on January 21

4. Phase 3 course selection: From 11:00 on February 17 to 12:30 on March 3

五、日間學制學生(含碩博士班學生跨選進修學制課程)應依前述規定時間上網加退選課，逾期不予補辦。

Day school program students (including master’s and doctoral students who are taking courses of extension education program outside their programs) should go online to add-drop courses by the abovementioned deadline. Add-drops will not be accepted after the deadline.
