主旨：有關本校113-1碩博士生學位論文線上比對作業流程及新進教師帳號申請事宜，請查照。

Subject: (113-1)Regarding the operation process of Master’s and doctoral degree thesis originality detection and teacher account application.

 

說明Explanation：

一、依據「國立臺北教育大學日間學制學位授予暨研究生學位考試實施要點」及「國立臺北教育大學碩士在職專班學位授予暨學位考試實施要點」第九點規定，碩博士生須完成論文原創性比對，始得申請學位口試。

According to Article 9 of the "National Taipei University of Education Full-time Degree Awarding and Implementation Rules for Postgraduate Degree Examination” & “National Taipei University of Education In-Service Adults Degree Awarding and Implementation Rules for Degree Examination”, Master's and doctoral must complete the originality detection of thesis that can apply for the final examination of the degree.

二、本校論文比對係採購Turnitin論文原創性比對系統，該系統採帳號制，可提供校內教師、行政同仁及在學學生（休學不計入）無限次論文比對額度，學生部分可同時上傳5份檔案進行比對。

The thesis detection system of our shcool is an account system, which can provide unlimited thesis originality detection for teachers, staff, and students within the school (excluding drop out). Students can upload 5 files at the same time for comparison.

三、碩博士生學位論文線上比對作業流程說明如下：

The procedure for comparing the originality of master's and doctoral thesis is as follows:

(一)比對帳號申請Account application

1. 至帳號申請系統（網址：https://papercheck.ntue.edu.tw/）申請帳號並登錄常用電子郵件信箱。

Connect to the account application system (https://papercheck.ntue.edu.tw/) to apply for an account and log in to your commonly used email address.

2. 依據Turnitin論文比對系統寄發至登錄信箱之帳號開通信件所列步驟，完成帳號開通作業。若未收到開通信件者，請至垃圾信件匣尋找。

Follow the steps of the account opening email that be sent to your mailbox by the thesis originality detection system of Turnitin to complete the account opening. If you have not received the activation email, please search your spam folder.

(二)進行比對Originality comparison

1. 登入Turnitin論文比對系統。網址：https://www.turnitin.com/login_page.asp?lang=zh_tw，亦可由研發處網站（https://orad.ntue.edu.tw/）首頁右側點選「論文比對系統」連結進入。

Log in to the thesis originality detection system of Turnitin (https://www.turnitin.com/login_page.asp?lang=zh_tw). You can find it's link from the website of R&D Office (https://orad.ntue.edu.tw/).

2. 進入「系所」課程及作業收件匣。

Go into the "Class name" and "Assignment Inbox".

3. 點選「上傳提交」，上傳學位論文至系統進行比對。

Click "Upload Submission" to upload thesis to the system for detection.

檔案格式規定如下：

File format:

(1)檔案類型：Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint、WordPerfect、PostScript、PDF、HTML、RTF、OpenOffice (ODT)、Hangul (HWP)、Google Docs及純文字檔。

File type: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPerfect, PostScript, PDF, HTML, RTF, OpenOffice (ODT), Hangul (HWP), Google Docs & Windows Notepad.

(2)檔案大小：小於100MB。

File size: less than 100MB.

(3)頁數：小於800頁。

Number of pages: less than 800 pages.

4. 待「相似度」產生比例時，點選檢視論文原創性報告，並下載比對結果電子檔予指導教授檢閱。

When the "Similarity" is generated, click to view thesis originality report, download comparison results and provid to advisor for review.

5. 請依據所屬系所（學位學程）申請學位口試時程及相關規定，提交論文原創性報告予系所（學位學程）助教。

According to the deadline for final examination to apply for degree by your department, submit thesis originality report to the department staff.

四、新進教師如欲使用Turnitin論文比對系統，請參考說明三，至本校帳號申請系統（網址：https://papercheck.ntue.edu.tw/）申請帳號，並於所填信箱收信，依步驟開通您的帳號，即可開始使用。

If teachers want to use the Turnitin thesis detection system, please refer to Explanation 3 and connect to our school's account application system (https://papercheck.ntue.edu.tw/) to apply for an account, receive the email in the mailbox that you filled in, and follow the steps to activate your account, then you can use it.

五、檢附操作手冊。
