各位同學請注意:

1. 通識領域課程全部採Google表單，線上申請。(不用至本中心領取申請紙本，學生亦無須向授課教師申請。)
2. 表單內提供的通識領域課程的加簽科目為授課教師同意加簽的科目，因此並非全部的通識課程都可以加簽，請同學仔細檢視。(每門課最多5名，未顯示於表單內的課程，為不開放加簽之課程。)
3. 加簽選課，原則按同學填報的加簽時間序排列，非電腦隨機選課，每門課最多5名，先填先有機會，額滿為止。因同一時間選課人數眾多且名額有限，故表單送出不代表登記成功。
4. 每張表單僅能加簽1門課。(例如:需要加簽3門課，請分別填寫3次表單。)
5. 如加簽者有衝堂問題、或同一門課重複送出，本中心一律不予加簽。
6. 通識選修未滿18學分者，最多加簽3門，不得超過。
7. 通識選修已達(含)18學分者，僅得加簽1門，不得超過。可作為彈性學分。
8. 如第一階段未加簽上的應屆畢業生及大四以上延修生，如仍有需要，可於第二階段再次進入加簽申請作業，或進系統選課。
9. 如於第一階段或第二階段有被公告錄取同學因其他因素致無法修課者，再具填申請放棄資格表單 https://forms.gle/KvkjZcRfSYpUeCCr9，敬請同學配合。

    Attention!! After the announcement of the first phase admission list, those who are unable to take the course for any reason must submit the application form to waive their qualification (https://forms.gle/KvkjZcRfSYpUeCCr9) by 11:00 AM on September 16 (Monday). Late submissions will not be accepted.

    Phase two opening hours: From September 16, 2024 (Monday) 14:00 to September 18, 2024 (Wednesday) 17:00.

    Course Selection Results Announcement: On September 19, 2024 (Thursday) at 11:00 AM, the General Education Center website will announce the latest news regarding the successful addition of names in the second phase.

    Attention!! After the announcement of the second phase admission list, those who are unable to take the course for any reason must submit the application form to waive their qualification by 16:00 on September 19 (Thursday). Late submissions will not be accepted.

    If there are any dropouts, a second supplementary list will be announced on September 20 (Friday) at 11:00 AM.

    Attention all students:

    1.All general education courses use Google Forms for online applications. (There is no need to obtain a paper application from this center, and students do not need to apply to the instructors.)

    2.The courses for general education listed in the form are subjects that require the consent of the instructor for enrollment. Therefore, not all general education courses are available for enrollment. Students are advised to review carefully. (A maximum of 5 students per course; courses not listed in the form are not open for enrollment.)

    3.Adding courses is based on the order of the time students submit their requests, not randomly selected by the computer. Each course can accommodate a maximum of 5 students, and it's first come, first served until full. Due to the large number of students selecting courses at the same time and the limited spots available, submitting the form does not guarantee successful registration.

    4.Each form can only be used to add one course. (For example: If you need to add three courses, please fill out the form three times separately.)

    5.If there are issues with overlapping classes for those requesting to add a course, or if the same course is submitted multiple times, our center will not approve the request to add the course.

    6.Students who have not completed 18 credits in general education electives may add a maximum of 3 courses, and this limit cannot be exceeded.

    7.Students who have completed (including) 18 credits of general education electives may only add one additional course and cannot exceed this limit. This can be counted as flexible credits.

    8.If the recent graduates and students in their fourth year or above who did not receive a signature in the first phase still need it, they can re-enter the add-drop application process in the second phase or select courses in the system.

    9.If students who have been announced as admitted in the first or second phase are unable to attend classes due to other factors, please fill out the application form to waive your qualification at https://forms.gle/KvkjZcRfSYpUeCCr9. We kindly ask for your cooperation.
