主旨：本校日間學制112學年度第2學期學雜費繳費相關事項如說明，惠請查照。

Subject: Explanation of items related to payment of tuition and miscellaneous fees for NTUE daytime programs in the 2^nd semester of the 2023 academic year. Please take note.

說明：

Description:

  一、本學期學雜費單請學生於113年1月24日起繳費期間自行至本校首頁學雜費專區查詢下載列印繳費。

1.   This semester’s tuition and miscellaneous fees can be paid starting January 24, 2024. Please visit theTuition and Miscellaneous Fees Portal on the school’s homepage to inquire, download, print, and pay.

  二、繳費期間及繳費管道：

II.    Payment period and method:

    (一)113年1月24日至113年2月19日。

i.    From January 24, 2024, until February 19, 2024.   

(二)請依規定繳費期間利用(1)信用卡(2)ATM轉帳(3)郵局櫃檯(4)各地超商(5)中信銀櫃檯(六)台灣PAY等方式進行繳款，並請妥慎保存收據聯或交易明細備查。未依期限繳清者依學則規定處理。

ii.   Please pay during the stipulated period by means of (1) credit card, (2) ATM transfer, (3) post office counter, (4) any convenience store, (5) CTBC Bank counter, (6) Taiwan Pay, etc. and retain all receipts for future reference. Those who do not pay during this period will be handled in accordance with university regulations.

    (三)辦理就學貸款者請依生輔組規定辦理，聯絡電話：27321104分機82043。

iii.  For those with student loans, please handle in accordance with the regulations of the Student Life Assistance Division. Tel: 27321104, ext.82043.

  三、學生可透過本校首頁-公開校務-學雜費專區-學雜費繳費及線上查詢-線上查詢與繳交學費(含補印繳費單及收據)-學生繳費作業進行線上繳費、查詢繳費紀錄、補印繳費單以及列印繳費證明單等功能，步驟如下：

III.   Students can visit the university’s Homepage – Campus Life – Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees Portal – Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees Payment and Online Inquiry – Online Inquiry and Tuition Payment (including reprinting payment slip and receipt) – Student Payment Tasks, and continue to Online Payment, Payment Record Inquiry, Reprint Payment Slip, Print Proof of Payment, and other functions. The procedure is as follows:

（一）本校首頁-公開校務-點選「學雜費專區」

        （二）點選「學雜費繳費及線上查詢」-「線上查詢與繳交學費(含補印繳費單及收據)」-「學生繳費作業」

ii.   Select “Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees Payment and Online Inquiry” – “Online Inquiry and Tuition Payment (including reprinting payment slip and receipt)” – “Student Payment Tasks”

        （三）選擇「地區－北北基」及「就讀學校─國立臺北教育大學」

        iii.  Select “Region: Taipei/New Taipei/Keelung” and “School: National Taipei University of Education”

        （四）輸入學號後，輸入圖形驗證碼並點「查詢」即可看到您的資料。

iv.   Input your student number and the CAPTCHA, then click “Inquiry” to view your information.

  四、欲申請112-2教育部低收入戶或中低收入戶或特殊境遇家庭子女孫子女學雜費減免學生(112-2非延修生)，如因113年度證件尚未核發故無法於112年12月15日前申請減免者，可暫勿繳費並於113年1月或2月取得證件後3個工作日內持證件正本送註冊與課務組申請減免或採通訊申請，完成減免申請後再自行上本校網頁學雜費專區列印減免後之繳費單依期限繳費。

IV.     For students from low-income households, middle-income households, and families in special circumstances who wish to apply for the Ministry of Education’s 2023-2 tuition waiver (those who didn’t receive an extension for 2023-2), if you were unable to apply for the tuition waiver before December 15, 2023, due to certificates for 2024 having not been issued, you can temporarily postpone tuition payment. After obtaining the certificates in January or February 2024, bring the original copies to the Division of Registration and Curriculum within 3 business days to apply for the tuition waiver, or apply remotely. After the application is submitted, it is the student’s responsibility to log in to the Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees Portal on the university homepage, print the payment slip reflecting the reduction, and pay within the time limit.

  五、112-1逾期未繳學雜費相關費用依學則予以勒休之學生，欠繳之費用併入112-2學雜(分)費用繳交。

V.     For students who were forcibly suspended in accordance with university policy due to unpaid tuition and miscellaneous fees from 2023-1, the unpaid expenses will be combined with the 2023-2 tuition and miscellaneous fees (respectively) for payment.

  六、中國信託銀行學雜費代收相關問題，請撥打中國信託客服專線：0800-017-688 ，(服務時間：週一至週五 9：00~17：30)，將由專人為您服務；或可至中國信託學費代收網之公告訊息查詢。網址：https://school.ctbcbank.com/cstu/index.jsp#。

VI.    For any questions related to CTBC Bank’s tuition and miscellaneous fees payment service, please call the CTBC Bank customer service hotline at 0800-017-688 (service hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00–17:30) and a specialist will assist you. You can also check the Announcements and Information section on CTBC Bank’s tuition and miscellaneous fees payment website.
