計畫概述：

此「We Are Global Citizens」計畫規劃與本校合作推廣全球公民教育，透過提供全英短期師培課程，提升未來教育者實施全球公民教育的能力，計畫目標讓學生知曉並積極參與成為社會負責的全球公民，並且將寶貴的價值傳授給未來的學生。

目標：

該計劃的目標是培養未來的教育者具備全球公民意識，鼓勵積極參與應對全球挑戰，並傳遞延續擴大計劃的影響。

受益者：

大學生（未來教育者）：主要受益者是本校準備從事教育事業的學生，透過專門的培訓和資源，將全球公民教育融入他們未來的教學實踐中。

未來學生：未來教育者能夠把獲得的知識和技能傳授給他們未來的學生。

當地社區：隨著未來教育者更具全球意識和社會責任感，當地社區將從教育者及其學生在社區服務、可持續倡議和公民參與等永續精神受益，。

國家教育體系：本計畫朝向為更廣泛的目標做出貢獻，並與「2023雙語國家政策」目標一致，。

通過與本校未來教育者合作並提供推廣全球公民所需的知識和工具，此計劃旨在培養一代有同理心、知識淵博和積極參與的全球公民並延續下去。

Project Name: We Are Global Citizens

Summary of the project: The "We Are Global Citizens" project aims to scale up global citizenship education by collaborating with the National Taipei University of Education. This initiative seeks to provide comprehensive teacher training programs specifically designed for students at the National Taipei University of Education. By enhancing these future educators' capacity to deliver global citizenship education, we aim to inspire them to become informed, engaged, and socially responsible global citizens and empower them to impart these values to their future students.

Objectives: 

The objectives are to foster global citizenship awareness, encouraging active engagement in addressing global challenges and Empower future educators to pass on knowledge, extending the project's impact. 

Beneficiaries: 

University Students (Future Educators): The primary beneficiaries of this project are students at the National Taipei University of Education who are preparing for careers in education. They will receive specialized training and resources to integrate global citizenship education into their future teaching practices.

Future Students: As the participating university students embark on their careers as educators, they will pass on the knowledge and skills gained from this project to their future students. This ripple effect will result in a broader impact on the younger generation.

Local Communities: As future educators become more globally aware and socially responsible, local communities will benefit from the increased involvement of these educators and their students in community service, sustainable initiatives, and civic engagement, contributing to positive societal changes.

National Educational System: The project will contribute to the broader goals of the Taiwanese educational system by aligning with national educational policies and strategies for promoting global citizenship education. (Bilingual 2030, national extracurricular program)

By equipping future educators from the National Taipei University of Education with the necessary knowledge and tools to promote global citizenship, this project seeks to have a lasting impact on the education system and society as a whole, fostering a generation of empathetic, informed, and active global citizens.
