I hope this email finds you well.

It gives me immense pleasure to share that Chandigarh University got QS World Ranking of 771-780 for 2024. The university is ranked No.1 amongst the private universities. Earlier the university got QS Asia Ranking of 185 during 2023 also becoming the youngest university of Asia to make its best debut and emerge among the top 1.7% universities of Asia. Chandigarh University has also secured 27th Rank among all universities of India in NIRF Ranking of Govt. of India, is the youngest university in the country to be accredited with A+ Grade by NAAC and reaching the top 5% institutions of higher education in India.

The University has established formal tie-ups with more than 462+ top ranked universities in 90 countries including 203 QS Ranked and 198 THE Ranked universities. Strong partnership with industry has resulted in setting up of 30 industry sponsored centers of excellence and Labs for training and research support for the students and faculty.

We feel greatly privileged to invite you to be a part of the upcoming “International Faculty Exchange Program (IFEP)” at Chandigarh University. The program is scheduled from 14th August 2023 and end till 10th November 2023 depending upon visiting faculty availability. We will be happy to host you from 1 week to 12 weeks to contribute to this program as per your convenience and availability. There also exists an excellent scope to visit the heritage sites around Chandigarh, and above all, a Visiting Professor under the present initiative can enjoy the Indian experience.

As a Visiting Faculty of the Chandigarh University, one can engage in multiple assignments from among the following:

Teaching Core/Elective subjects,
Co-Supervising Undergraduate, Graduate and Doctoral (Ph.D.) students,
Participating in externally funded projects as Co-Principal Investigator,
Writing joint project proposals for International funding,
Interacting/mentoring Undergraduate, Post Graduate, Doctoral students

However, the Chandigarh University shall not provide any remuneration for this program. This program is applicable to Professor, Associate Professors and Assistant Professors who have strong academic and research credentials supported by publications in reputed conferences and journals.

We shall be pleased to provide the following facilities during your visit at Chandigarh University, India:
