Sung-Chun Tsai

“Department of Psychology and Counseling National Taipei University of Education” is derived from “Department of Educational Psychology and Guidance National Taipei Teachers College” which was established in 1998. Due to the excellent quality of department faculty members and the sufficient resources the master program of education & guidance for teacher began in 1999, and master program of Department of Psychology and Counseling began in 2001.

There are eleven faculty members in the department, and ten of them have counseling or clinical psychology license. Out of ten faculty members, there are five professors, three associate professors, two assistant professors. Since this department has bachelor program and master program, students can be enrolled in the programs through selection committee and entrance exam.
